Whether you’re sore from training, feeling under the weather, your motivation is being evasive, or, I don’t know, you’ve been trapped in your house for 7 weeks because a new crazy virus has infected the entire planet, this class will help you get going or at the very least do something physical so you can earn chips and salsa and a pino greezsh.
